Take part in the BIG Animal Research Debate 2017

In October 2013, the Oxford Union, the Cambridge Union and debating societies across the UK debated just one topic:

‘This House Would Ban All Forms of Animal Research'
The world has changed a lot in four years, but have people’s views on animal research?

From 6th-12th March 2017 debating societies across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Asia will be once again debating the topic of animal research. The audience will be the judge.
Vicky Robinson, Chief Executive of the National Centre for Replacement, Refinement and Reduction of Animals in Research endorsing the project notes “It is important that people understand the harms and benefits associated with animal research. We fully support the Big Animal Research Debate as a positive move towards greater transparency and openness on this complex issue.”
